Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 29, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Amber Game Studio ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you play our games or visit our website. We keep things simple: we do not ask you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or precise location in our games.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all games and apps published by Amber Game Studio on Google Play, other app stores and the web (together, the "Games"), including:
- Viet Food Crush (including vietfoodcrush.com)
- Captain Rhino
- Rocket Rhino: Orbit Hop
It also applies to our website, ambergamestudio.com.
2. Information we collect
Information stored on your device
Your game progress, settings and high scores are saved locally on your device (or in your browser's local storage for web versions). This save data stays on your device and is not sent to us. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data (or your browser storage) removes it.
Information collected automatically
When you play, our Games and the third-party services they use may automatically collect:
- Device and app information — device model, operating system version, app version, language, screen size and general (country/region-level) location derived from your IP address.
- Identifiers — your device's resettable advertising ID (such as the Android Advertising ID), an app-instance ID generated by Firebase, and IP address.
- Gameplay and usage data — for example, levels started and completed, session length, features used and ads viewed.
- Diagnostics — crash logs, stack traces and performance information collected when the app crashes or has an error.
Information you send us
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. We use it only to reply to you.
3. Third-party services
Our Games use the following services provided by Google. These services collect and process information under their own privacy policies:
| Service | Purpose | Data involved |
|---|---|---|
| Google AdMob | Showing in-game advertisements, measuring ad performance and preventing fraud | Advertising ID, IP address, device information, ad interactions |
| Google Analytics for Firebase | Understanding how players use our Games so we can improve them | App-instance ID, advertising ID (where permitted), device information, gameplay events, approximate location |
| Firebase Crashlytics | Detecting and fixing crashes and bugs | Crash logs, stack traces, device state, Crashlytics installation UUID |

We do not sell your personal information for money.
4. How we use information
- To provide, operate and keep the Games running properly
- To display advertising that helps keep our Games free to play
- To understand how players use the Games and to improve gameplay, difficulty and features
- To diagnose crashes and fix bugs
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security issues
- To respond to your messages and support requests
- To comply with legal obligations
5. Advertising & your choices
Our Games are free and supported by ads served through Google AdMob. Ads may be personalized based on your advertising ID and activity across apps, or non-personalized (based on general context such as the game you are playing and your approximate location).
- Consent: Where required by law (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), we ask for your consent before using your data for personalized ads. You can change your choice at any time from the privacy settings in the Game, where available.
- Android: You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalization, in your device's Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads, depending on your device).
- Google account: You can manage ad personalization at My Ad Center.
Opting out of personalized ads does not remove ads; you will still see ads, but they will be less relevant to you.
6. Children's privacy
Our Games are designed for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). Where a Game may be played by children, we configure our advertising and analytics services in line with applicable law and the Google Play Families Policy — for example, by requesting only non-personalized, age-appropriate ads and limiting the data collected.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
7. Data retention
- Local save data stays on your device until you uninstall the Game or clear its data.
- Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings in Google Analytics, for no longer than 14 months for user-level data.
- Crash data collected by Firebase Crashlytics is retained for up to 90 days.
- Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to handle your request.
8. Security
We use reputable service providers and industry-standard measures, such as encryption in transit (HTTPS), to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and limit what we collect in the first place.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU/UK, or state privacy laws such as the CCPA in California), you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct or delete your personal information
- Object to or restrict certain processing, including for personalized advertising
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
- Opt out of the "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
To exercise any of these rights, contact us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. Because we do not require accounts, we may ask for information such as your device's advertising ID or the Game's app-instance ID to locate data related to you.
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for personalized advertising, and on our legitimate interests for analytics, crash reporting, non-personalized advertising, security and fraud prevention.
10. Deleting your data
- On your device: uninstall the Game or clear its app data (Android: Settings > Apps > [Game] > Storage > Clear data). For web versions, clear your browser's site data.
- Advertising ID: reset or delete it in your device's ad settings to disconnect it from previously collected data.
- Analytics and crash data: email us at admin@analytics-mastery.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and the name of the Game. We will process verified requests within 30 days.
11. International transfers
Our service providers, including Google, may process information in countries other than the one where you live, including the United States. Where required, these transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Our website
ambergamestudio.com does not use cookies, analytics or advertising. Our hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting) may process your IP address and basic request information in server logs to deliver the site and keep it secure.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when we release new Games or features. We will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above. Significant changes will also be communicated in the Games where appropriate.
